Okay, so yesterday night I was all like 'DOOD, MY DRAWINZ SUCK ARSE BABEHS. :,C' and then I was all like to God, 'HEY, U. MAKE ME AWESOME-SCAUCE 8D' and I guess he heard, cause today everything I drew was awesome. C:
So, I guess God lurves me. Or maybe it's a 'be careful for what you wish for' thing, cause I had no idea what to draw with these awesome powers. D:
Oh well. At least I can't draw realistic people somewhat well now. C:

Also, the Sync outfit. I need a coat and need to alter it like mad. And I need to stop wanting to cosplay Yako. Cause then I'd get sidetracked.
...It doesn't really matter does it, cause the next con isn't till next October. xDDD

My sister, Michelle, had me watch a Korean drama with her. It's called 'Freezing' and it's about a vampire that owns a bar, and falls in love with the daughter of the girl who used to love him.
It's an okay show, but that's not what I'm here to rant about.

The guy angsts about being a vampire. He hates being eternal, and wishes he could die.

Then, I realize, all main character vampires angst about being a vampire. I've never seen a vampire lead happy to be a vamp. Yes, there are vamps that are glad with what they are, but they are usually the villains.

Then, I think, why. Why is the lead vamp always so angsty about it? I mean, they were raised to be proud of what they are. The evil vamps have no problem with it. Why are good vamps always so angsty? Because they're eternal? Some people would love being eternal. Because their friends die before they do? Get some vamp friends. Because they suck people's blood? You were raised around that.
Okay, some nice, pure, innocent village girl/guy taught you that killing people to live is wrong. That is so cliched, I'm about to eat a head. ><;;

And then there are evil vamps. They are evil, because they drink people's blood and enjoy it. HELLO! It is said vamps can't eat or drink anything, because it tastes like sand to them. So, the only thing they can taste will most possibly taste good to them.
The drink, being blood.
What? They kill people to survive?
HELLO! Is it so wrong to do something to survive? You kill plants and animals to survive, should we put a stake through your chest, too?
So, basically, evil vamps are misunderstood. After all, evil is only a certain view a person has. What seems wrong to someone, might look good to another.

So, I tell this to Michelle and she says "Well, being eternal makes you selfish."
...No, I don't know how it does. 'Nyway, yes, some vamps are selfish though, I'll admit that.
But is that a bad thing?! No, it's just a personality flaw. So, Evil Vamp is a selfish bitch, that hogs the good books in the library. So? She's not killing anyone. She's not making you bleed profusely (Although, she could). She's just making you annoyed.

Being a vamp has nothing to do with your personality. You could be the most sweetest optimist in the world, but the stupid, angry, stereotypical peasants with pitchforks will still hate you. (Which brings up all the angst...)
And then, you could be the most annoying twit in the world, but you're still hero, and saving everybody. Personality has nothing to do with race. Maybe how you were raised, but that's up to the parents.

And then, the romance. Oh, yes, we've all seen the story where the Goth outcast girl meets Handsome Vampire Boy, and they have sweet, but dark lurve moments. Then, he angsts about not being able to be with her, cause he's eternal, and she's a squishy human. Angst, upon angst ensues. (And maybe some sabotage from Stereotypical Popular girl)
But then, hey! I could bite you and you become my vampire mistress! Then they live happily ever after in his dark Roman castle.
There are too many stories like these. I demand something new. D<
C'mon! Twist it up a bit! She doesn't have to be an outcast. She doesn't have to be dark. He doesn't have to be angsty! Or, if you just need your angst, maybe instead of making her his mistress, she instead bleeds to death, he angsts, and tries to kill himself with a stake. Romeo and Juliet, goth style. u_u

What I want now, is a Vamp lead, that doesn't angst. That's perfectly alright with being a vamp. Maybe they live in a society where vamps aren't hated? Where vamps don't have to drink just human blood. Maybe they raise livestock that they not only get eggs/milk/wool/etc. from, but also their blood?

I'm done. Wow...that was mean. Didn't mean to sound so...flame-y.
